Sometimes less is better. When it comes to creating beautiful decor, sometimes it’s as simple as slapping on some greenery and calling it done. Same can be said for this project. Many of us have or have at least come across an old broken glass window in our time pondering what we could create with it.
For this project you’ll need:
one grapevine wreath
A few lambs ear greenery pieces (I got this and the wreath from Wal-Mart)
Some string or wire strong enough to hang the wreath
Take the lambs ear piece by piece and gently insert the stems of them intertwining them in the grapevine wreath so the pieces stay put where you want them. You don’t need anything to attach them to the wreath if done correctly, unless you just prefer to for a tighter hold.
Once you have this done, attach string or wire to the back top of the wreath and leave the wire the length you want it to hang. You can hang this many different ways depending on how you want it to look in front of your window pane but I think now that you’ve got the string, you’re off to a good start! You can also opt to use ribbon instead of wire for a more sophisticated, obvious look.
Have fun and make it your own!
